No matter what side of the transaction you had, we will cover how you can enter in a For Sale by Owner (FSBO) listing in our MLS. It’s important to keep the data accurate when wanting Statistics and Comps, but not knowing how to enter in a FSBO in our system can put a bump in the road!

3 Steps You Need to Take

  1. Status always needs to be For Sale by Owner
    FSBO-Status

2. Determine if you were the Seller’s Agent, Buyer’s Agent, or Transaction Broker.

2. Listing Agent needs to be [Your Board] Non Member (Paragon won’t allow you to do this, so you will need to call the CREN office to change this for you!)
