Established in 2005, Colorado Real Estate Network (CREN) is a regional MLS servicing 17+ counties and six REALTOR® Board Associations. CREN provides its REALTOR® members with a communication tool for buying, selling, leasing or auctioning properties within the region. We have approximately 1,200 REALTOR® members and 250 affiliates including banks, appraisers, and property inspectors.
The Regional MLS covers close to 25,000 square miles. Our goal is to deliver a variety of Real Estate tools and services to our members to assist them at succeeding in the Real Estate Industry.
Our membership includes access to our flagship Paragon MLS software by Black Knight, Paragon Mobile, ShowingTime Scheduling, Instanet and AuthentiSign, Realist Tax Search, ListHub, Free Training, Webinars, and much more.
Our office is located in Montrose, Colorado; Home of the Black Canyon. CREN’s knowledgeable team is dedicated to service and support for our members. CREN is also committed to the professional growth of our subscribers.
